When OFF Recording member and prolific DJ/producer Chi Thanh steps up in line with Vienna based G-Stone Rec.member Rodney Hunter to do their magic on a remix you know it´s about killer dirty house grooves. This time it is the stunning Berlin based Anna F. who is strongly upcoming as one of the big new singer/songwriter hopes, receiving the remix treatment on her dreamy song „Too Far“ which at the same time is an delicious taster for Anna’s soon to be released debut album “King In The Mirror” (due Febr. 28th 2014).
Chi Thanh most notably did remixes for artists such as Miriam Bryant, Wankelmut, Booka Shade, Gossip. His own EP “Let’s Play” (OFF Recordings) recently went to top40 on Beatport and was also featured by legendary Pete Tong in his BBC Radio1 Show. For his Anna F. Remix Chi Thanh built a deep club atmosphere with an epic breakdown, where Anna’s angelic vocals shine and create an emotional counterfeeling to the throbbing and pulsating house beats.
Rodney Hunter delivers a more uplifting version with hypnotic synth work while still keeping it deep and using Anna F.s haunting voice to a perfect club song.
