33HZ – STEPHANIE ALL NIGHT (WHATEVEVER/WHATEVER REMIX) DITHER DOWN

Dither Down continues delivering amazing releases which blends their love of Indie Pop with Disco, Dub, 80s electro and House.

Since their 2005 self-titled debut, New York’s 33Hz has been at the forefront of mixing electronic music and classic songwriting, with the brave mission of modernizing classy disco and smooth Debarge-era soul. Soon the group was able to count artists such as Daft Punk and Architecture in Helsinki as fans, and word of their unique classy-disco sound quickly spread throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Now it´s the 33Hz song ‘Stephanie All Night’ which received the remix treatement by Whatever/Whatever – a hot new production DJ collaboration from veteran NYC DJ’s Justin Strauss and Bryan Mette. Along with being the resident DJ at the Mudd Club, The Ritz, Area, Tunnel and Limelight, among many others, Strauss has remixed artists ranging from Depeche Mode to Luther Vandross to 808 State & Beyonce and in 1974, his band Milk n’ Cookies was signed to Island Records. He is a legend of the New York scene. Mette has previously released records and mixes under the name Carlton Banks. Whatever/Whatevers’ recent projects include remixes for Jacques Green, Chinese Flash Mob, Yacht, Lenny Kravitz, and Foster The People as well as their recent release with Beto Cravioto on Plant Music, No Social Culture.
